These are some of the pictures which i took when i was in Hokkaido the second time in 2008 Feb.
Every year first week of Feb, Hokkaido has a snow & ice sculpture event @ Sapporo - breath taking, fantastic snow & Ice sculptures that makes you wonder how it was process from loads of snow & ice to beautiful sculptures. unfortunately i didn't safekeep those pictures but why not make a trip there & enjoy the winter weather( minus 5 degree) ,nice food & shopping yourself.
These are only some of the photos, i will update once i can find them. be patience ya, mean while please enjoy yourself these photos 1st.
This was taken @ the
ryu-no-taki falls, weather was freezing cold & everyone was running for their lives back to the coach. To me it was a fantastic experience, ask myself where on earth can i find this kinda of coldness in singapore - rather to say IMPOSSIBLE!!!
This was man-made, the interior was super duper spacious & it keeps the wind out. it was freezeing cold....
This is a outdoor foot bath where you get to soak your long walking legs a good rest for another long walk best of all it is free..... remember to bring along a tissue or cloth to wipe dry your legs!
Jozankei is a onsen location, where you can find your stays from budget ryokan to high-end ryokan, seafood during winter are fantastic good! believe me it's good food! who says japan everything is expensive well in Hokkaido they are not.
Day breaks, everyone is out to enjoy cold weather with sun light. isn't it cool or what!!
There are snow rafting,tubing,snow mobile or just snowball fight!
